The laboratory workshop on the discipline “Methods of Applied Statistics” is designed to develop students' skills in applying statistical methods used to process scientific research data using software tools from the universal statistical package Statistica 10.

For a more meaningful development by students of algorithms for applying statistical criteria in the computer version and interpreting the results obtained, the same tasks that were previously solved “manually” are used in the workshop.

The workshop can be useful for both teachers and students and trainees of specialties, training in which involves the study of methods of conducting scientific research, as well as methods of quantitative and qualitative processing of their results.
