ADMISSION PROCEDURE (VISA-FREE COUNTRIES)

For admission foreign applicants from visa-free countries must

Submit the following documents to the International Relations Department:
- copy of your diploma with the subjects and examination grades (marks);
- translation of the diploma into the Russian language with indication of the subjects studied and the grades obtained on them in exams (it should be notarized);
- copy of your passport or other identity document;
- copy of your birth certificate;
- translation of your birth certificate into the Russian language (it should be notarized);
Arrive in the Republic of Belarus during the entrance interviews (mid-August - mid-October);
Apply for training (you can do it in advance in the International Relations Department) and bring all related documents;
Pass an interview in Russian;
Sign a study contract;
Pay for your studies;
Undergo a necessary medical examination;
Purchase your medical insurance (if necessary);
Apply for a temporary registration for the period of your studies.

1. Receive an invitation from our university to study here.

In order to receive an invitation to study an applicant must send the following documents to our university:

copy of your diploma with the subjects and examination grades (marks);
translation of your diploma into the Russian language with indication of the subjects studied and grades obtained on them in exams (it should be notarized);
copy of your passport or other identity document;
copy of your birth certificate;
translation of your birth certificate into the Russian language (it should be notarized);

2. After receiving an invitation to study it’s necessary to apply for a study

3.Inform the International Relations Department of the date of your arrival in the Republic of Belarus.

4. On arrival in Mogilev a foreigner should come to the International Relations Department of the University on the same day (if he comes in the morning or afternoon), or the next day (if he comes in the evening) and submit the following documents:

Passport with an academic visa to the Republic of Belarus.
Application for admission with an indication of your specialty (filled in the Department of International Relations).
The original document of education with the subjects and obtained marks (points).
Translation of the document of education with the subjects and obtained marks (points) into Russian.
Medical certificate of health, immunization card, certificate of absence of HIV infection and the fluorography result.
Birth certificate.
Translation of birth certificate into Russian.
8 photos (3x4 cm).
Medical insurance (can be issued at the University).

! If a foreigner student arrives in Mogilev in the evening or at night, it’s necessary to contact our International Relations Department in advance in order to get a seat in the dormitory.

5. You need to register as well. After reviewing the submitted documents the staff of the department relations arranges a temporary registration of a foreigner in the Ministry of internal affairs of Belarus and directs a foreigner to medical examination.

6. Registration (temporary residence) of a foreign citizen is issued within 5 days from the moment of crossing the border of the Republic of Belarus.

7. Medical examination for foreigners is carried out in the university health center and clinic.

Candidates for training at the faculties of the University, who were not trained in the preparatory department of Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University, must pass entrance examinations in the Russian language.

If the admission committee decides that applicant’s knowledge of Russian is not enough to absorb the training program, the applicant may be invited to study at the preparatory department of our university.

For the period of entrance examinations applicants are accommodated in dormitory for a fee.

Foreign citizens who have a diploma of completed higher professional education of various levels, equivalent to a document of the state standard of the Republic of Belarus, or a document of incomplete higher professional education and an academic certificate of the established standard, may be accepted for the 2nd and subsequent courses, provided that the completed curriculum of higher professional education corresponds to the curriculum of Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University in the relevant specialty (not less than 70%), after passing the exam in the specialty and the exam in the Russian language.The issue of enrolling such foreign citizens at Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University is decided in an individual order.

8. After passing the entrance examinations a foreigner should come to the International Relations Department to sign a contract for training. Within 14 days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than October 15, it is necessary to pay tuition fees in accordance with the terms of the contract.

9. Pay for your studies.

10. Take a photo and make a payment to apply for your student ID.
