It was founded in January, 27, 2004. It provides supplementary theoretical and practical preparation of students for professional law activity by means of their participating in scientific research work, the students’ professional skills development.
The main spheres of activity:

- Participating in educational seminars, conferences
- Law informing and consulting people with low income
- Program “A lawyer by mail”
